Solid Valencia Basket at La Fonteta to add the second win in Euroleague (87-73)
Valencia Basket added
its second win in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, the first in the Fonteta,
with a solid team triumph in which Jones (20 points and 8 assists), Dubljevic
(16 points and 7 rebounds) and Alexander (12 points) were the most outstanding.
After an even first quarter in which the German team returned all the 3-pointers,
the Taronja team got a small lead that they managed to manage when they didn't
find a hit and that they took the opportunity to extend to eleven with two
triples to finish the first half. The team continued solid in the third quarter
to lead by 17 and then did not let the Berliners return to the game to add a
victory against a Fonteta who enjoyed his team.
